As part of your DA submission, MSQS measures the Architectural plans and calculates an Estimated Development Cost. MSQS then prepare an elemental trade summary in accordance with your local Council requirements.

Tax Depreciation Schedule

MSQS will maximise your tax deductions by preparing a depreciation schedule suitable for investment properties. MSQS will calculate the value of depreciating assets and capital works to provide savings to investors.

NABERS Embodied Emissions Report

MSQS assess the project documentation to quantify the materials and emissions produced during construction. MSQS then prepare a report suitable for your development approval in line with NABERS requirements.
